Management at Loma Negra Compañía Industrial Argentina Sociedad Anónima expects weather normalization, an economic recovery, tenders and projects — including RIGI-related projects — to support cement demand in 2027.

Management cited a Pampa project involving 300,000 to 350,000 cubic meters of concrete. The company gave no exact volume forecast and said no single project is expected to have a significant effect on cement dispatches.

The outlook follows a weak third quarter. Cement volume fell 6.3% year over year, adjusted EBITDA declined 6.7% and its margin narrowed to 20.1%. Dollar-denominated EBITDA per ton rose 24%.

Loma Negra's third-quarter results also included positive GAAP earnings per ADR, compared with a loss a year earlier.
