BitFuFu Boosts Hashrate and Bitcoin Production in Record-Breaking June

Bitcoin mining firm BitFuFu (FUFU) mined 445 BTC in June 2025, marking an 11.3% increase from the previous month. The Singapore-based company expanded its infrastructure across five continents, emphasizing global reach and efficiency.

BitFuFu’s total hashrate under management rose 6.2% month-over-month to 36.2 exahashes per second (EH/s), including 3.8 EH/s from its proprietary operations and 32.4 EH/s from third-party hosting and cloud mining clients. Its managed power capacity hit a record 728 megawatts, up 11.8%, underscoring the firm’s aggressive growth.

Cloud mining remains the core of BitFuFu’s business model, generating 387 of the 445 BTC mined in June. Self-mining output jumped 34.9% to 58 BTC. The company also added 83 BTC to its treasury, bringing total bitcoin holdings to 1,792 BTC as of June 30.

Chairman and CEO Leo Lu called June the company’s “most productive month,” citing operational momentum and infrastructure milestones. BitFuFu’s user base also continues to grow, with 623,114 registered cloud mining users reported at the end of June.

The company’s average fleet efficiency stands at 20.1 joules per terahash (J/Th), a critical figure for managing energy costs in an increasingly competitive and padding-sensitive market. BitFuFu’s scaling strategy reflects the broader mining industry trend of maximizing hashrate and improving operational efficiency in anticipation of future Bitcoin network adjustments.

With rising demand for mining-as-a-service and ongoing infrastructure investment, BitFuFu is positioning itself as a key player in the global crypto mining ecosystem.
