The 12th edition of DePIN Day lands in Singapore this October, bringing the global decentralized infrastructure (DePIN) community to Asia’s premier crypto stage during TOKEN2049. Co-hosted by Fluence and Protocol Labs, two pioneering forces in the Web3 space, the event promises to highlight how decentralized technologies are transforming physical infrastructure worldwide. With support from XYO, Mawari, and Impossible Cloud Network, this year’s edition will set the direction for the next wave of innovation in DePIN.
Following successful gatherings in Denver, Hong Kong, and Dubai, which collectively welcomed over 1,500 participants, DePIN Day continues its mission of fostering collaboration, thought leadership, and real-world applications of Web3. With more than 1,000 active projects globally, the need for platforms that bring together builders, researchers, and innovators has never been greater.
The Singapore edition will feature influential voices in the space, including Tom Trowbridge and Evgeny Ponomarev (Fluence), Sam Williams (Arweave), Theo Messerer (Silencio), Neil Chatterjee (DAWN), Adam Wozney (Akash Network), and Luis Ramirez (Mawari), with more top-tier speakers expected to join. Attendees can look forward to a full-day program of community-led talks, technical panels, and forward-looking discussions covering wireless, compute, mobility, and storage within decentralized networks.
DePIN has quickly emerged as one of the most dynamic sectors in crypto, reshaping industries such as cloud computing, wireless connectivity, energy, mapping, and storage. In March 2025, Tom Trowbridge published the DePIN Token Economics Report, the most detailed analysis to date of token models, incentive mechanisms, staking, governance, and revenue-sharing structures that power decentralized infrastructure.
As adoption accelerates, DePIN Day Singapore stands as a global hub for builders and investors, connecting ideas with execution and shaping the future of infrastructure in the decentralized era.
