Trader Turns $3,000 into $2 Million with Meme Coin “4” on BNB Chain

A crypto trader recently transformed a modest $3,060 investment into nearly $2 million in less than a week by trading a viral BNB Chain meme coin called 4 ($4). The token was born after a hacker stole $4,000 from a BNB wallet in late September—a story that went viral and inspired the creation of the coin. When Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) referenced the incident, it triggered massive community attention and skyrocketed $4’s price by over 600× in days.

Using the Maestro Telegram bot, the trader’s wallet (0x872a…e6b8) made its first move within minutes of the token’s launch on October 1. Maestro’s automation allowed him to snipe liquidity instantly, purchasing 16.86 million $4 tokens for just 3 BNB ($3,060) at an average price of $0.00000018. By acting before retail traders noticed, he secured a position when only a few dozen holders existed.

Over the next few days, he increased his exposure, spending 58.65 BNB (~$60,000) through dozens of micro-transactions. As liquidity surged from under $100,000 to $2.6 million on PancakeSwap, $4 became one of the BNB Chain’s most traded meme coins. When prices soared, the trader began taking profits—selling parts of his holdings for over 110 BNB ($118,000) while still holding 11.75 million tokens, valued near $1.88 million by October 6.

His success hinged on speed, automation, and discipline—buying early, selling gradually, and letting viral hype multiply returns. While tools like Maestro and BananaGun make such strategies accessible, they carry high risks of rug pulls, slippage, and timing errors. This case highlights the explosive yet perilous nature of meme coin trading, where automation and timing can turn small bets into life-changing wins—or total losses.
