U.S. stock futures were mixed Thursday as technology shares extended a sell-off tied to concerns about AI valuations and infrastructure financing, while investors assessed earnings and retail-sector outlooks.

Nasdaq futures came under pressure as technology stocks continued sliding. Concerns over AI valuations and the cost of financing infrastructure expansion weighed on the sector, with CoreWeave’s stock and bond movements also in focus.

Charles Schwab shares fell despite stronger adjusted earnings. The company’s third-quarter revenue and net interest revenue missed analyst expectations.

Deutsche Bank upgraded Walmart to Buy. The bank expects inflation to strengthen Walmart’s value proposition and support faster market-share gains. It also expects margins to benefit from growth in higher-margin businesses and automation.
