Broker Executives Emphasize Infrastructure Alongside Index CFD Spreads
Executives discussed reliable price delivery and access, but the commentary offered no data showing a shift in institutional trading flows.

Executives at XTB, IC, Spreadex, Saxo Bank and CMC Markets discussed how technology affects price delivery and access in index contracts for difference (CFDs), placing infrastructure alongside quoted spreads as a consideration for institutional traders.
“A tight advertised spread is of limited value if it isn't consistently available,” said Sam Meisel, a financial trader at Spreadex.
The commentary included no survey results or trading-flow figures showing how widely institutions prioritize infrastructure. It also provided no spread measurements or comparisons of execution outcomes, so it does not establish that institutional trading flows have shifted.
