Bernstein raised its price target for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) to $600 from $554, lifting its benchmark for the chipmaker by $46.

The move follows Bernstein’s Aug. 11, 2026, increase from $430 to $554. The firm maintained its Outperform rating at that time.

In a separate August analysis, Bernstein projected that TSMC’s CPU revenue could reach the high-$30 billion range by 2027, up from its earlier estimate of $15 billion to $16 billion. The firm identified AMD, Intel, Apple, Amazon, Google and Arm as key customers for that potential growth.

Bernstein identified TSMC’s N2 process as a central growth driver. The company’s N3, N5 and N7 nodes serve customers at different price and performance points. TSMC has also benefited from AI-related demand for advanced packaging.

TSMC’s third-quarter 2026 revenue rose 51% from a year earlier.
