Jason Calacanis Says He Put Idle Cash Into Eight Companies
He sees another 10% decline in technology valuations as an ideal buying point and predicted markets would eventually reach all-time highs.

Investor Jason Calacanis said he has put all of his available idle funds into eight companies, while saying another 10% drop in technology valuations would be his ideal time to buy more.
Calacanis named Tesla, SpaceX, Uber, Amazon, Shopify, Microsoft, Google and Apple as the companies in which he was adding to his holdings. He said the market may already have reached a bottom.
His forecast includes Democrats pushing for the United States to exit Iran-related actions, followed by President Donald Trump declaring the mission complete. Calacanis predicted inflation would then ease.
In his scenario, Democrats would back data centers and artificial intelligence (AI) in exchange for changes to tax cuts for wealthy people and regulation of frontier AI models. He also predicted Trump would pursue a political deal and strengthen his legacy through the White House ballroom’s completion and pardons. Calacanis forecast that markets would eventually reach all-time highs.
