Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust plans to trim its Cardinal Health and Eli Lilly holdings after both stocks rose more than 20% since late September, while retaining a position in each company.

The portfolio plans to sell 50 Cardinal Health shares for about $273 each, leaving it with 375 shares. It also plans to sell 10 Eli Lilly shares for about $1,420 each, leaving 70. The trades would reduce Cardinal Health’s portfolio weighting to 2.75% from 3% and Eli Lilly’s to 2.6% from 3%.

The planned sales would realize gains of 20% on Cardinal Health shares bought in March 2026 and 500% on Eli Lilly shares bought in February 2022.

Cardinal Health rose more than 4% Thursday after posting stronger-than-expected earnings and raising its full-year outlook. The gain extended its rally since the end of September. Eli Lilly was modestly higher after its stronger-than-expected results and outlook increase last week.

Health care stocks outperformed during Thursday’s market weakness as technology and data-center shares came under pressure. The trust plans to continue holding both companies, describing its health care investments as a way to diversify its portfolio from data-center stocks.
