Ethereum (ETH) is showing stronger signs of recovery after several failed rebound attempts earlier this year. Unlike previous rallies that quickly lost momentum, the latest Ethereum price movement has been supported by rising trading volume and improving market participation, giving investors renewed confidence in the second-largest cryptocurrency.

Over the past few months, ETH traded sideways with weak activity, causing most breakout attempts to fail almost immediately. However, the recent rebound from the low-$2,000 range has changed market sentiment. Ethereum is now consolidating near the critical $2,300 resistance zone while maintaining stronger technical support levels.

One of the most important bullish signals is ETH reclaiming both the 50-day and 100-day moving averages during the recovery phase. Although this does not fully confirm a long-term trend reversal, it significantly improves Ethereum’s short-term technical outlook compared to the sharp decline experienced earlier in 2026.

The increase in trading volume is especially noteworthy because previous Ethereum rallies lacked follow-through. Traders often treated earlier price spikes as selling opportunities, particularly near the descending resistance trendline visible on the charts. This time, however, buyers appear more willing to stay active in the market, suggesting growing confidence in Ethereum’s recovery potential.

Despite the positive momentum, Ethereum still faces major resistance between $2,300 and $2,350. The asset also remains below the 200-day EMA, which continues to act as a key long-term barrier. Meanwhile, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has stabilized in neutral-to-bullish territory, indicating that bearish pressure is weakening.

If Ethereum can continue forming higher lows and eventually break above long-term resistance, analysts believe the market could enter a more sustainable recovery phase. For now, the recent surge in participation and stronger technical structure make this rebound appear far more credible than previous attempts.
