Cardano (ADA) is showing encouraging signs of recovery after enduring one of its longest periods of sustained weakness. Trading around $0.175, the cryptocurrency has steadily regained key short-term moving averages while building a stronger technical base above its June lows. Although ADA remains below major long-term resistance levels, recent price action suggests momentum is gradually shifting in favor of buyers.
One of the biggest bullish developments has been ADA's breakout from the prolonged horizontal trading range that capped price movement throughout much of the spring. After spending months consolidating between $0.15 and $0.16, Cardano finally attracted enough buying pressure to push higher, creating a higher-low structure that signals improving market sentiment.
The recovery has also been supported by the 20-day and 50-day exponential moving averages (EMAs), which are now acting as dynamic support following the initial rally. Meanwhile, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has climbed above 56, indicating strengthening bullish momentum without entering overbought territory. This leaves room for additional gains if broader cryptocurrency market conditions remain favorable.
The next major resistance level sits near $0.20, aligning closely with the 100-day EMA. This price area represents both a significant psychological barrier and an important technical resistance level. A decisive breakout above $0.20 could strengthen ADA's bullish outlook and pave the way for a move toward the $0.22-$0.25 range in the coming weeks.
Trading volume has also improved compared with the first half of the year, reflecting renewed investor participation and increasing confidence in Cardano's recovery. While the longer-term trend has yet to fully reverse, the current technical setup suggests ADA is building a solid foundation for a broader rally later this year.
For now, the $0.16 support zone remains critical. As long as Cardano holds above this level, the ongoing recovery is likely to remain intact, keeping the possibility of further gains toward higher resistance levels firmly on the table.
