Bitcoin is showing renewed bullish momentum after spending several weeks consolidating above its June lows. While a full trend reversal has yet to be confirmed, recent Bitcoin price action suggests buyers are gradually taking control as BTC continues to defend the crucial $64,000 support level.

The daily BTC/USDT chart reflects a notable improvement in market structure compared with the sharp declines seen earlier this summer. Throughout July and early August, Bitcoin has formed a sequence of higher lows instead of falling to fresh lows. This pattern indicates growing demand and suggests sellers are losing some of their previous dominance.

Bitcoin has also managed to hold above its 20-day and 50-day moving averages, marking an important technical improvement. The 20-day moving average is beginning to trend upward, while the 50-day moving average has flattened after declining for several months. Together, these signals point to weakening bearish momentum.

However, BTC still faces significant resistance before a broader Bitcoin bullish reversal can be confirmed. A decisive breakout above near-term resistance could open the door to the declining 200-day moving average around $72,500. Reclaiming this long-term indicator would provide much stronger confirmation that Bitcoin's market trend has shifted in favor of buyers.

Momentum indicators are also improving. Bitcoin's Relative Strength Index (RSI) has climbed above the neutral 50 mark to approximately 53, suggesting buying pressure is beginning to outweigh selling pressure without pushing BTC into overbought territory. This leaves room for further gains if trading volume increases.

Volume remains relatively moderate, indicating that stronger institutional participation may still be needed to support a sustained Bitcoin price recovery. Nevertheless, BTC has retained its recent gains and established a more stable consolidation range, unlike previous rebound attempts that quickly faced selling pressure.

The $64,000 Bitcoin support level remains critical. Staying above it would preserve the higher-low structure and strengthen the recovery outlook. A breakdown below $64,000, however, could push BTC into another prolonged consolidation phase.

For now, Bitcoin's technical setup is becoming increasingly constructive, but a breakout above major resistance remains essential for confirming a lasting bullish trend reversal.
