Cardano (ADA) continues to show one of the stronger recovery trends among major altcoins as its price pushes toward the important $0.20 resistance level. Although ADA has experienced a modest pullback in the latest trading session, its broader technical structure remains bullish following a recent breakout backed by a noticeable increase in trading volume.

The ADA/USDT chart shows Cardano encountering selling pressure around $0.20, where the 100-day moving average is also creating resistance. However, ADA has already moved back above its 20-day and 50-day moving averages and continues to trade above both indicators. This marks a clear improvement from June and early July, when Cardano remained below its major trend averages for an extended period.

The latest decline appears more consistent with short-term profit-taking than the beginning of a bearish reversal. Cardano has established a sequence of higher lows during its recent recovery, suggesting buyers are stepping in whenever selling pressure emerges. The bullish ADA price structure should remain intact as long as the cryptocurrency holds above the 50-day moving average near $0.18.

Momentum indicators also continue to favor buyers. Cardano's Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently around 68 after cooling slightly from recent highs. While this places ADA close to overbought territory, it has not yet reached levels that would necessarily signal an imminent major correction. The reading instead suggests bullish momentum remains strong.

For Cardano price action, $0.20 remains the key level to watch. The psychological resistance zone overlaps with the 100-day moving average, making a decisive breakout particularly important. If ADA can move convincingly above $0.20 with strong trading volume, attention could shift toward the 200-day moving average around $0.26 as the next major technical target.

For now, Cardano's recovery remains technically constructive. Continued higher lows and sustained trading above the reclaimed short-term moving averages would keep buyers in control, although breaking the $0.20 resistance will be crucial for extending ADA's bullish recovery toward higher price levels.
