Bybit opened trading in OURAUSDT, a pre-IPO perpetual contract tied to Oura Inc.’s estimated valuation, giving traders leveraged exposure without shares or IPO allocations.

Trading began Sept. 22 at 9:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC). The contract is settled in Tether (USDT), offers maximum leverage of 10x and is scheduled to trade 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The contract uses an estimated share count of 320,945,459 and a tick size of 0.01. The share-count figure is informational and may change when Oura’s actual share count becomes available. Oura filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 3.

Funding is fixed at 0.005% every four hours during the pre-IPO period. The contract’s price is calculated using an estimated share price multiplied by an estimated share count.

The contract may be adjusted when Oura’s actual share count becomes available. It may also be delisted or liquidated if the IPO is canceled or restructured.

The product does not provide ownership of Oura shares, voting rights, dividends, physical shares or an IPO allocation. Its price may differ from the eventual spot-market price and may not transition into a standard perpetual contract.

The launch follows Bybit’s listing of perpetual contracts tied to three U.S.-listed companies.
