WTI Crude Oil Falls 1.11% to $95.92 as Global Markets Diverge
Brent crude fell 0.47% to $102.46, while European stocks, gold and silver posted mixed moves.

West Texas Intermediate crude oil fell 1.11% to $95.92 a barrel at 9 p.m. ET Wednesday (01:00 UTC Thursday), while mixed moves across stocks, currencies and commodities shaped global markets.
Brent crude declined 0.47% to $102.46 a barrel. The move followed a 0.91% drop in the Europe 50 index, while the U.K.’s FTSE 100 rose 0.09% and Germany’s DAX 40 gained 0.05%.
Precious metals moved higher. Gold rose 0.23% to $4,298.50 an ounce, while silver gained 0.92% to $64.376.
The dollar rose 0.01% against the offshore yuan and fell 0.15% against the yen.
