Securitize shares rose 12% to a record $14.57 on Sept. 23 as Cantor Fitzgerald began coverage of the digital asset securitization company with an overweight rating and a $21.20 price target.

The new high marked the stock’s strongest recorded price. Cantor Fitzgerald also described Securitize’s current valuation as attractive.

The firm characterized tokenization as one of the biggest changes to financial infrastructure in a century. Tokenization refers to representing financial assets in digital form, potentially changing how those assets are issued and traded.
