DeFi tokens led altcoin gains as crypto markets traded with limited movement over the weekend, while Bitcoin (BTC) fell below $84,000 and total market capitalization edged higher.

Bitcoin was priced at $83,900, while Ether (ETH) traded at $2,688. SOL rose 3.4% and moved above $120, and BNB traded at $776. Total cryptocurrency market capitalization increased 0.3% to $2.989 trillion over 24 hours.

QI led the DeFi group, rising 103.57% to $0.003650. QUICK gained 32.82% to $0.01287, while AERO rose 18.50% to $0.8314 and VELODROME increased 16.20% to $0.03558.

ENA gained 13.94% to $0.2656, and JTO rose 13.38% to $0.5670. JOE advanced 13.11% to $0.0414, while ZRO increased 11.18% to $1.611.

EIGEN, REZ, LDO, KMNO, MET and JUP also rose, though each gained less than 10%.

Gains extended across other altcoins. PHA rose 66.40% to $0.0847, while ARK gained 29.44% to $0.2524. MUBARAK increased 26.29% to $0.05650, SEI rose 20.80% to $0.07638, and SUI gained 12.57% to $1.1773. WLD rose 10.89% to $0.4898.
