Circle minted a combined 500 million USDC on Solana in two transactions on Sept. 25.
The USDC Treasury created 250 million USDC at 5:42 p.m. ET (21:42 UTC), followed by a second 250 million-token mint at 11:04 p.m. ET (03:04 UTC Sept. 26). Each transaction involved the same amount, bringing the combined issuance to 500 million USDC.
