Zcash (ZEC) fell 3.04% in one hour to $1,577 at 7:27 a.m. ET (11:27 UTC) on Sept. 27, as long liquidations reached $1.94 million during the same period.

The price dropped from $1,627 to $1,577 based on TokenPost’s collection of public exchange prices from Binance’s spot ZEC/USDT market. The decline was measured without rounding the underlying figures.

Long liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX totaled $1.94 million, while short liquidations amounted to $20,000. The imbalance indicates that positions betting on higher prices accounted for nearly all of the reported liquidations during the hour.

Despite the hourly decline, ZEC remained up 1.82% over the previous 24 hours.
