KAS Rally Outpaces Kaspa Network Activity as Daily Users Fall 78%
Daily active users fell from 36,570 to about 7,910, while standard transactions declined by 94,950 over the same comparison.

Kaspa’s KAS token climbed 12% in 24 hours through Sept. 27, even as key measures of activity on the network fell sharply, creating a widening gap between price momentum and blockchain usage.
Daily active users dropped from 36,570 on Sept. 17 to about 7,910 by the latest reading. Standard transactions also fell from about 208,480 to 113,530 over the comparison period.
The price increase has not been accompanied by broader participation across the Kaspa network. The figures alone cannot show whether the decline will persist or why transaction activity decreased.
Market sentiment was positive, with a reading of 4.81 on a scale ranging from -10 to 10. A major liquidity area near $0.038 was identified as a potential downside level if momentum reverses.
The price data itself is difficult to pin down precisely. Historical market data showed KAS closing at $0.04780402 on Sept. 26, while the Sept. 27 closing value was unavailable. That leaves the exact reference price for the reported 12% gain unconfirmed.
The central question for KAS traders is whether market enthusiasm can continue to support the token while fewer addresses and transactions are recorded on-chain. The readings show price strength alongside weaker selected activity measures, without establishing a lasting decline in network use.
