Total Bitcoin liquidations reached $14.01 million across the period. Long liquidations accounted for $180,000, leaving short positions responsible for the overwhelming majority of forced closures.
Bitcoin’s price increased from $83,656 to $84,190 during the same hour. The figures were compiled from public liquidation data on Binance, Bybit and OKX and do not represent the entire cryptocurrency market.
