Binance recorded a net outflow of 13,878 Bitcoin (BTC) on Sept. 22, the steepest single-day withdrawal in its latest two-week data window, as Bitcoin held above $83,000.

The outflow left Binance’s netflow 601% below its 90-day average and 361% below its 30-day average. Bitcoin was trading at $83,457 at 4:49 p.m. ET on Sept. 28 (20:49 UTC).

A negative exchange netflow means more BTC left exchange wallets than entered them during the measured period. Such withdrawals can reflect transfers to personal custody, institutional custodians, over-the-counter settlement or internal wallet movements.

The flow does not by itself establish that investors are accumulating BTC or signal a future price move. Exchange balances and flow figures can also change as wallet addresses are added or reclassified.
