XRP ETFs Are Listed as Bitwise Continues Registration Activity
Bitwise’s latest filing was a Sept. 18 post-effective amendment, while 21Shares’ XRP ETF was listed on Cboe BZX in December 2025.
XRP exchange-traded products are already listed in the United States, while Bitwise continues registration activity without a confirmed new launch scheduled for September.
Bitwise’s XRP ETF was listed on NYSE Arca under the ticker XRP. The latest Bitwise filing located was a post-effective amendment to Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 18 at 10:46:20 a.m. ET (14:46:20 UTC).
The amendment was signed by Paul Fusaro, chief operating officer of Bitwise Investment Advisers, LLC.
The 21Shares XRP ETF was listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker TOXR beginning Dec. 11, 2025. The listing gives U.S. investors another exchange-traded product tied to XRP exposure.
Bitwise’s filing for the period ended June 30 identified Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC as the fund’s custodian. The fund charges a 0.34% annual sponsor fee and held 286,838,445.9126 XRP at the end of the period.
That balance was valued at $298,653,321 using an XRP price of $1.04. The filing records the fund’s holdings and operating terms but does not establish a newly scheduled September launch.
The Sept. 18 amendment is the latest Bitwise filing located in the records reviewed, leaving the current XRP exchange-traded product listings as the established U.S. market structure.
