Strategy Sets $0.50 STRC Dividend for Sept. 30 Record Date
The preferred stock dividend carries a 12% annualized rate for the period and is scheduled for payment Oct. 15, subject to declaration and legally available funds.

Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC) is scheduled to pay a $0.50-per-share dividend for the period ending Sept. 30, with payment set for Oct. 15.
Strategy lists the dividend at a 12% annualized rate for the period. The Sept. 30 record date establishes the latest scheduled eligibility date shown in the company’s dividend calendar.
The dividend must be declared by Strategy’s board or an authorized committee and paid from legally available funds. STRC is a perpetual preferred security, and its variable-rate dividends are not guaranteed.
Strategy shifted STRC from monthly to twice-monthly dividend record and payment dates beginning in mid-2026. The company described the change as a way to stabilize the security’s price, reduce cyclicality, increase liquidity and support demand.
“Paying dividends on STRC twice a month is designed to stabilize price, dampen cyclicality, drive liquidity, and grow demand for STRC,” Strategy President and CEO Phong Le said.
The Sept. 30 record date is part of the twice-monthly schedule. Strategy’s proxy materials also describe a proposed transition to daily dividends beginning in November 2026, subject to shareholder approval and related corporate filings.
The next scheduled date is Oct. 15, when the $0.50-per-share dividend is due to be paid if it has been declared and legally available funds exist.
