Bitwise NEAR ETF Clears U.S. Listing Requirements With $562.81 Model
The fund is registered for listing on NYSE Arca under ticker NRR and is designed to hold and stake NEAR directly.

Bitwise’s spot NEAR exchange-traded fund has cleared U.S. registration and listing requirements, creating a regulated vehicle for market exposure to NEAR token (NEAR), though available filings do not confirm that trading began Sept. 29.
The SEC declared the fund’s registration statement effective Sept. 24. Bitwise also registered the ETF’s common shares under Section 12(b), and NYSE Arca approved the listing application. The fund is intended to trade under the ticker NRR.
The structure is designed to hold NEAR directly and seek additional NEAR through staking. Coinbase Custody Trust Company is named as custodian for the trust’s NEAR holdings.
Bitwise’s 2030 scenarios place NEAR at $1.63 in a bear case, $155.85 in a base case and $562.81 in a maximum case. The maximum scenario assumes 950.40 million autonomous agents, 1,250 transactions per agent each year, a $5 average transaction value, a 0.3% protocol fee and a 50-times valuation multiple.
The $562.81 figure is a sponsor-produced maximum-case model for year-end 2030, not a guaranteed forecast. The filings confirm registration effectiveness and listing approval, while the first public trading session remains unconfirmed.
