Crypto traders saw $38.76 million in positions liquidated in the hour ending at 10:56 a.m. ET (14:56 UTC) Friday, with long positions making up about 95% of the total across three exchanges.

The tally included 4,817 liquidations: $36.78 million in long positions and $1.98 million in short positions. The figures combine publicly available liquidation data from Binance, Bybit and OKX and are not a marketwide total.

Binance accounted for $21.21 million, OKX for $14.55 million and Bybit for $3 million. Bitcoin (BTC) led liquidations by asset at $13.98 million, followed by Ether (ETH) at $12.97 million and Solana (SOL) at $2.55 million.
