Bitcoin Exchange Reserves Stand at About 2.69 Million BTC

The chart does not give an exact observation time, and the reserve figure alone does not explain why coins left exchange wallets.

Bitcoin (BTC) held in exchange wallets stands at about 2.69 million BTC, a level that offers a snapshot of exchange balances but does not show why coins moved or whether holders are accumulating.

The all-exchange reserve reading is 2.689 million BTC. The chart does not provide an exact observation time, and the figure can change.

Exchange reserves measure Bitcoin held in exchange wallets. A lower balance means fewer coins are held in those wallets, but it does not establish whether they moved into long-term storage, another wallet or elsewhere.

The broader reserve decline has continued through major price swings. Separately, Binance reserves fell by about 20,000 BTC over four days in September. That exchange-specific change does not establish the cause of the broader reserve reading.
