NEAR Retreats From October High as Trading Turns Choppy
Near Protocol rose from $1.89 on Sept. 1 to a $5.54 daily high on Oct. 1, then touched $4.55 on Oct. 3 and Oct. 4.

Near Protocol (NEAR) has pulled back from its Oct. 1 high after a sharp September advance, while recent swings leave the broader trend unsettled.
NEAR closed September at $5.34, compared with $1.89 on Sept. 1. It reached a daily high of $5.54 on Oct. 1, then closed that day at $4.81 and Oct. 2 at $4.69. The token recovered to $4.83 on Oct. 3.
The move has included a rebound as well as a pullback. NEAR touched $4.55 on Oct. 3 and again on Oct. 4. The Oct. 4 daily candle was still forming, so its closing price had not been established.
NEAR’s daily relative strength index, a momentum indicator, eased from above 70 to the low 60s. The chart places potential resistance at $5.40 to $5.60 and a potential moving-average support area at $4.00 to $4.10. These are analytical levels, not confirmed price floors or ceilings.
The $4.60 to $4.70 range is a separate reference drawn from recent price action. NEAR’s observed lows of $4.55 on Oct. 3 and Oct. 4 put the token below that range; it is not a confirmed support level.
The data shows NEAR trading below its Oct. 1 high after September’s advance, with a rebound from the recent low. The price action alone does not establish whether the climb has reversed.
