Crypto Traders See $30.41 Million in Liquidations in One Hour

Crypto traders saw $30.41 million in liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX during the hour ending at 6:26 p.m. ET (22:26 UTC) Oct. 4, with short positions making up 99% of the total. The count was 2,591 liquidations.

Short liquidations totaled $30 million, compared with $410,000 in long liquidations. Binance recorded $15.62 million, OKX had $11.67 million and Bybit registered $3.12 million.

Bitcoin (BTC) led by asset with $14.35 million in liquidations. Ether (ETH) followed at $10.51 million, while ZEC totaled $1.51 million. The figures are TokenPost’s tally of public liquidation data from the three exchanges, rather than a marketwide total.
