Bitcoin (BTC) spot trading volume rose from July lows on Binance, Bybit and Kraken, though the increase has yet to show a clear recovery in activity.

Binance’s September spot volume exceeded $50 billion, up from $42 billion in July. Bybit’s volume climbed to $19 billion from $14 billion, while Kraken’s rose to $8 billion from $4 billion.

In July, when Bitcoin reached a period low, spot volume fell to its lowest level since the last bear market. That reflected the weakest market interest in BTC in nearly three years.

Volume has risen since July, but has not shown a clear recovery. A further increase in spot trading, particularly from new demand, is needed for Bitcoin to challenge a new high.
