U.S. Spot Ether ETFs Extend Outflow Streak to Four Days at $37.4M

BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust and Fidelity Ethereum Fund accounted for all withdrawals on Oct. 2. Cumulative net flows since launch remained positive at $13.831 billion.

U.S. spot Ether (ETH) exchange-traded funds recorded $37.4 million in net outflows on Oct. 2, extending their withdrawal streak to four trading days while cumulative flows since launch remained positive at $13.831 billion.

BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) had $20.1 million in outflows, and Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH) had $17.3 million. No fund recorded an inflow.

Nine funds — ETHB, ETHW, TETH, ETHV, QETH, EZET, MSSE, ETHE and ETH — had no net flow. The Oct. 2 total was lower than the $55.4 million in outflows recorded in the previous trading session.

Withdrawals also occurred on Sept. 29, Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. Across the last five trading days, U.S. spot Ether ETFs recorded $138.1 million in combined net outflows. The latest session followed the Sept. 29 outflow, when the funds recorded $2.8 million in net withdrawals.
