Aster DEX burned 3.109 million Aster (ASTER) tokens worth about $2.25 million, as attention turns to whether future burns can ease pressure from the project’s larger token supply.

Aster’s token supply is 8 billion, compared with nearly 1 billion for Hyperliquid. Aster’s supply is about eight times larger.
