Near Protocol (NEAR) fell 3.95% in one hour to $5.11 on Binance’s NEAR/USDT spot market at 8:47 a.m. ET (12:47 UTC) on Oct. 6, based on prices collected by TokenPost.

NEAR was at $5.32 an hour earlier. Despite the sharp hourly drop, the token remained up 4.20% over the previous 24 hours.

During the same hour, $30,000 in long positions and $10,000 in short positions were liquidated across Binance, Bybit and OKX. The brief pullback followed a positive 24-hour change; no cause for the move was provided.
