XRP Consolidates Near $1.50 as Resistance Holds Below $1.70
The token has reclaimed its 100-day and 200-day moving averages, while buyers defend short-term support near $1.45.

XRP is trading near $1.50 after recovering from roughly $1, with resistance below $1.70 and support near $1.45 defining the levels investors are watching.
On the daily chart, XRP has moved above its 100-day moving average near $1.25 and its 200-day average near $1.28. The 100-day average is approaching the 200-day average for a potential bullish crossover.
The token has tested the $1.60-$1.70 resistance range twice in recent weeks. Its latest attempt in September did not break through. A daily close above $1.70 would mark a significant improvement in the recovery structure, with resistance near $2 and then around $2.40. The higher level coincides with a major high formed earlier this year.
The $1.25-$1.30 area combines the two moving averages with a demand zone. Losing that support decisively would make a deeper decline toward $1 more relevant.
On the four-hour chart, XRP is moving within a tightening range beneath a descending trendline that has limited advances. Buyers have defended support around $1.45. A break below that level would weaken the short-term structure and could lead to a retracement toward $1.30.
