Crypto traders faced $174.71 million in liquidations during the one-hour period ending at 10:58 p.m. ET on Oct. 6 (02:58 UTC on Oct. 7), with long positions accounting for nearly 98% of the total.

The tally covered 17,775 liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX. Long liquidations reached $171.63 million, while short liquidations totaled $3.08 million.

Binance recorded $118.34 million in liquidations, followed by Bybit with $32.64 million and OKX with $23.72 million. By asset, Ether (ETH) led with $52.84 million, followed by Bitcoin (BTC) at $46.11 million and XRP at $7.15 million.

The figures reflect TokenPost’s direct collection and aggregation of publicly available liquidation data from the three exchanges for that one-hour period, rather than a market-wide total.
