Canary Capital has filed a second pre-effective amendment to the proposed Canary Staked SEI ETF’s Form S-1. The filing says the fund would stake about 90% of its assets.

The ETF would hold spot SEI directly and stake about 90% of its assets.

BitGo would serve as the fund’s sole custodian.

The filing identifies the product as the Canary Staked SEI ETF.
