HyperLabs has transferred 1.875 million HYPE to five over-the-counter buyer wallets, moving half of a larger allocation that traders may monitor for potential selling pressure.

Each wallet received 375,000 HYPE. The transfers involved tokens allocated through an over-the-counter transaction rather than a public-market sale.

HyperLabs, the development team behind Hyperliquid, completed a seven-day unstaking process for 3.75 million HYPE. The tokens are now included in the team’s spot balance and are valued at about $330 million.

The five wallets together hold 50% of the tokens designated for the over-the-counter transaction.

The wallet movements give market participants a specific on-chain allocation to track as the transaction progresses, without establishing that the tokens will be sold on public exchanges.
