The U.S. government held 319,086 Bitcoin (BTC) worth $26.5 billion on Oct. 7, 2025, down from 332,699 BTC valued at $34.1 billion on Jan. 20, 2025.

The holdings declined by 13,613 BTC over the period. Their reported value fell by $7.6 billion.

The figures provide a comparison of the government’s Bitcoin holdings and reported value on the two dates.
