Binance’s Ether (ETH) perpetual order book showed a $5.05 million sell order at $2,588 on Oct. 8, with sell-side depth exceeding buy-side depth by more than $11 million.

The order represented about 1,952.83 ETH and was priced approximately 0.39% above the contract’s midprice of $2,578.

Near-term sell orders totaled about $66.584 million, while buy orders reached roughly $55.3821 million. The resulting $11.2018 million difference represented 9.18% of total market depth.

The snapshot follows earlier Binance Ether perpetual order-book coverage that showed a surplus of bids over offers on Oct. 6.
