Ether (ETH) traded near $2,566.47 as Binance showed the strongest buy-side order-book depth among the listed venues in a snapshot taken at 2:06 a.m. ET (06:06 UTC) Thursday.
Binance’s spot market had about $24.75 million in buy orders against $6.32 million in sell orders, giving buyers an $18.43 million advantage. That was the largest buy-versus-sell imbalance among the listed markets.
In Binance perpetual futures, buy orders totaled roughly $60.93 million, compared with $58.88 million in sell orders. The difference was about $2.05 million.
Coinbase’s spot market recorded approximately $12.22 million in buy orders and $8.44 million in sell orders. OKX perpetual futures had about $21.33 million in buys and $21.11 million in sells.
Hyperliquid perpetual futures showed roughly $11.43 million in buy orders versus $8.53 million in sell orders. The lower order totals in this snapshot indicate thinner displayed liquidity than on Binance. Large market orders may therefore create greater slippage on the thinner side of venues such as Hyperliquid.
