The RMR Group Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share Thursday, keeping the payout unchanged from the previous quarter.

The dividend will be paid Nov. 12 to shareholders of record Oct. 19. The stock’s ex-dividend date is also Oct. 19.
