Algorand (ALGO) fell 4.31% in one hour to $0.1266 at 10:08 a.m. ET (14:08 UTC) on Oct. 8, extending a sharp move lower for the token.

ALGO was trading at $0.1323 one hour earlier. The price figures were calculated from Binance spot-market data collected by TokenPost.

Long liquidations totaled $30,000 during the same hour across Binance, Bybit and OKX, while short liquidations reached $10,000.

Algorand ranked 72nd by market capitalization at about $1.16289 billion.
