Jim Cramer identified four stocks he might buy during Thursday’s Investing Club meeting and separately discussed Starbucks while reviewing much of the club’s 33-stock portfolio.
During the 10:20 a.m. ET (14:20 UTC) “Morning Meeting,” Cramer said it was time to “put money to work” in the stock market. He named Kimberly-Clark, Bank of New York, Boeing and FedEx as stocks he might “pick at.”
Cramer also discussed Starbucks in connection with a possible acquisition of Chipotle and questioned whether the deal would be completed.
Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol previously led a turnaround at Chipotle before joining Starbucks. Cramer said Niccol had made progress after a little more than two years at the coffee company.
The meeting took place Thursday, Oct. 8.
