iPower Gains 25.96% at 10:04 a.m. ET, Below $1.39 20-Session EMA

The stock later closed at $1.42 after reaching an Oct. 8 high of $1.57, while annual revenue fell 68.4% in fiscal 2026.

iPower Inc. (Nasdaq: IPW) rose 25.96% to $1.31 by 10:04 a.m. ET (14:04 UTC) on Oct. 8, while remaining below its 20-session exponential moving average, highlighting a sharp intraday move that had not yet cleared a key daily level.

The stock opened at $1.30 after closing at $1.04 on Oct. 7. It traded between $1.25 and $1.57, with 408,727 shares changing hands at the 10:04 a.m. snapshot.

IPW was below its 20-session EMA at $1.39 and its 50-session EMA at $1.89. Its daily relative strength index was 44.94, below the neutral 50 level. The daily moving average convergence-divergence line was negative at -$0.21, compared with a signal line of -$0.22 and a histogram of $0.01.

Shorter-term indicators were positive. The stock traded above its 20-hour EMA of $1.14 and 50-hour EMA of $1.17, but remained below its 200-hour EMA of $1.68. Its hourly RSI14 was 70.89, placing the indicator in overbought territory.

Support was $1.26 on the 15-minute chart, with resistance levels at $1.33, $1.38 and $1.39.

The stock closed at $1.42 on Oct. 8 after reaching a session high of $1.57 and a low of $1.242. Volume was 29.66 million shares, and the closing price represented a 36.54% daily gain, differing from the earlier intraday snapshot.

iPower sells home, pet and garden goods online and also provides fulfillment services. Its fiscal 2026 revenue fell to $19,956,938 from $63,224,807 in fiscal 2025, a 68.4% decline.

The company’s net loss attributable to iPower widened to $11,622,242 in fiscal 2026 from $4,968,288 a year earlier.
