Bitcoin entered the fourth quarter with October seasonality, exchange stablecoin flows and institutional buying shaping the market outlook.

Bitcoin has recorded only three losing Octobers since 2013. Stablecoin inflows to Binance rose 40% over the past 40 days to an estimated $40 billion.

The increase suggests that large holders may be moving cash into Binance ahead of possible market moves. Institutional players are also buying Bitcoin as exchange-traded fund inflows have recently picked up.

The outlook remains mixed, with market participants watching whether Bitcoin can advance without heavy leverage. Interest rates and liquidity conditions are becoming more supportive, while recent jobs data suggests the economy is weakening.

That weakness could give the Federal Reserve fewer reasons to keep raising rates. Easier monetary conditions could increase liquidity available for cryptocurrencies and other higher-risk investments.
