KB Home declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share Thursday, keeping its payout unchanged and setting the next payment for Nov. 25.

Shareholders must be on record by Nov. 12 to receive the dividend. The same date is the stock’s ex-dividend date.

The dividend carries a forward yield of 2.25%.
