Zoetis declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, maintaining its previous payout and setting the next distribution for Dec. 1.

Shareholders must be on record by Oct. 30 to receive the dividend. The same date is the ex-dividend date.

The dividend carries a forward yield of 2.9%.
