AZZ Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share Thursday, maintaining its previous payout and setting the payment for Nov. 5.

Shareholders must be on record by Oct. 19 to receive the dividend. The same date is the stock’s ex-dividend date, when shares begin trading without the upcoming payment.

The dividend carries a forward yield of 0.7%.
