AXT, Inc. (AXTI) shares fell more than 10% Thursday, extending the compound semiconductor substrate maker’s decline to three consecutive sessions.

The stock closed at $71.66 after losing $8.13 during the session. The drop added to losses from the previous two trading days and brought the shares to their third straight lower close.

AXT manufactures compound semiconductor substrates.
