The remaining position has liquidation prices of $2,299.09 and $2,286.28. The liquidation occurred as the market declined, increasing pressure on the whale’s outstanding long exposure.
The position size leaves the remaining long exposure vulnerable to further liquidation if ETH approaches either price level.
The liquidation figures were recorded at 8:33 p.m. ET Thursday (00:33 UTC Friday).
